"I have just been told by United that my request for an emotional support animal has been approved with no problems!! (and they will even refund what I had originally paid for an in-cabin pet!!) I just wanted to thank you SO much for the great service you have provided!! Cannot tell you how pleased I am that I will be able to fly with no hassle and without any pent-up anxiety... It is such a relief knowing that I will be able to have Farrah with me to soothe my anxiety while flying.
