Getting Started
Getting started is easy. Simply select and add the services you need to your cart, then checkout and pay for your order. Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will be displayed that contains your order number and the specifics of your order.
For Testing Services
If you ordered our assessment services, a link to the secure and private Chilhowee Psychological Services (CPS) test battery will also be included on this page. You can save this page to your favorites if you like. This same information will also be sent to you immediately in a confirmation email. If you don't see the confirmation email within a few minutes, you might want to check your junk mail or spam folder.
You may begin taking the CPS test battery at your convenience by clicking the test link on the confirmation page or email. Once you begin the test, it is important that you complete it without interruption. If you leave the test pages before completing them, you'll need to start over from the beginning.
At the end of the test battery, click the "Submit Responses for Assessment" button. This will automatically notify our clinical staff that your test responses are ready for assessment. Your assessment report and diagnosis will be completed and ready for review online within 2 - 4 business days and we'll send you an email notification to show you how to access your assessment report.
For Letters of Prescription
If your order includes a letter of prescription for an emotional support animal, the letter will be sent to you as soon as your assessment is completed. If you have already received a CPS assessment within the last one (1) year and have just ordered an updated letter of prescription, the letter will be shipped in 2 - 4 business days.
